The Company has sole discretion over any advertisement or listing placed and may remove content without prior discussion with the owner or advertiser[s].

The Company reserves the right to refuse an advertisement with  web addresses or links of any kind including  hypertext links to other web sites from within the website.

In no event shall The Company be liable for any costs incurred or losses suffered by user[s] or advertiser[s] of this site including  special losses, indirect or consequential losses or any damages howsoever caused be they  as a result of or resulting from loss of use or data or profits, whether in an action of contract, negligence or other action, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of this information. No representation or warranty whatever is made or given either during negotiation, in particulars or elsewhere.

The User[s] of the site accept that for large transactions they should use a professional legal company

The User[s] of the site accept that companies offering services through this site are advertisers and  The Company are not liable in anyway for poor or inadequate services provided or given by the advertiser[s].

The User[s] of the site  accept Measurements where given are approximate and no responsibility is taken by The Company for any error, omission misrepresentation or misunderstanding in the particulars shown or offered and these do not constitute an offer or contract.

The Advertisers

The advertisers are any person, persons or company who use the site to promote their goods, services or property for sale or rent.

The Advertisers are entirely responsible for all transactions carried out and accept that they should take professional legal advice.

When you submit an advertisement for a property, boat business or any other item or you amend, change or modify an advertisement or listing you agree to the following:

The advertiser[s]  is/are undertake and agree to advertise their products or services honestly and accurately and are  entirely responsible for the accuracy of the advertisement.

The advertiser[s]  accepts that they must remove the advertisement from the site at the expiry of the agreed period or sooner if a property or product is no longer available or sold.

The advertiser[s]  accepts that NO REFUND is offered in the event of an early removal of a listing or advert.

The removal of an advertisement means that is it taken off our database and cannot be recalled for use at a later date. If you wish to advertise again the  advertiser[s] must add the information  again as if it were a new listing and is chargeable in full.

The advertiser[s] accept that The Company have no responsibility for the accuracy of information, or for any action brought against the advertiser for any reason by the user[s].

The advertiser[s] accept that the website may on occasions not be available for various reasons including loss of power and or maintenance  and other reasons that may occur from time to time. The Company shall not be liable to the advertiser[s] or owner for any loss, costs or damages resulting from the use of the site or loss of use of the site  or the inability to access or use the site. No responsibility shall be take by  The Company cannot for the occasions when the site is not available and an advertisement or listing is not displayed. Nor can we be held responsible for deletion of adverts through unauthorised access to web site.

The advertiser[s] confirms  that  the information uploaded to the site including text , images, graphics and photos have  not been copied unlawfully and are not a  breach of copyright. The Company cannot be held responsible for any infringement of copyright laws resulting from the advertiser[s] actions and submissions.  The advertiser gives an assignment to The Company of a license to reproduce in part, or in whole the material supplied.
